How Much Money UFC Millionaire Champions Like Conor McGregor, Jon Jones and Khabib Make

How much would you need to get paid to get punched in the face? Of course, some people’s jobs might feel like a daily punch in the kisser, but there are relatively few who can claim that a literal fist to the moneymaker is part of their job description. And among them are mixed martial arts fighters, who have to worry about not just punches, but feet, elbows, even knees. All potentially in the face. As such, plenty of people might watch those fights and — particularly after hearing about the intense training regimens the fighters go through even when they’re not getting hit — have to wonder: “How much are these people getting paid?”

To get a closer look, GOBankingRates has taken the list of the highest fighter salaries — compiled annually by The Sports Daily — to help you understand just how much the best fighters stand to make. It shows how there’s a broad range of incomes, with the biggest-name competitors taking home millions of dollars a year. While many others are making plenty, they definitely aren’t setting themselves up for early retirement when their fighting days are done.

So, here’s a closer look at what the top fighters in the sport made last year.
